An OK session, but a little boring with what felt like a huge sail, board and fin combination. OK it was only a 6.3m but its not as good as a 5m.

There was plenty of wind and I should really have been out with a smaller fin, smaller board and 5.7m sail, but as it was only a quick couple of hours on the water I wanted to make sure I was going to be properly powered up.

Nothing special, well powered up the whole time, a few little jumps and the gybes felt slow. I was a little stiff and lacking in energy after gardening for 10 hours today as well.
